Philip directly supervises The Pyramid Center team. He is the principal liason for the client and owner. His responsibility includes overseeing the operational and service performance of The Pyramid Center portfolio.

Nicole is responsible for the overall operation of The Pyramid Center, including interfacing with Cushman & Wakefield leasing team, supervising all tenant build-outs and capital projects, managing tenant relations, and bidding out all service contracts on a periodic basis.

David also supports the Property Management team with the day-to-day building operations. His responsibility includes assisting with tenant questions and requests at THE PYRAMID CENTER, tracking certificates of insurance, handing sign ups for the on-site tenant gym and providing administrative support to the Property Management team.

Ed oversees all aspects of security at The Pyramid Center. His responsibility included implementing security programs and procedures and providing management support to our security vendor. He is also responsible for conducting fire life safety training and fire drills for the buildings.
