The security of our tenants and of THE PYRAMID CENTER itself is one of the Property Management Team's highest priorities. Consequently, we have developed and implemented a sophisticated system to assist your firm in promoting personal safety and minimizing property damage and theft.
Our security system is composed of many elements, including periminter bollards, hydraulic barricades for the parking garage, a sophisticated card access system, a detex sensor network, surveillance cameras throughout THE PYRAMID CENTER and at all points of entry, and a computerized fire and smoke detection system. In addition, cellular phones and a two-way radio communication system between the Property Management Team and Security, Engineering, and Building Maintenance staff keeps all departments notified of any events at the facility.
