Parking
Hours of Operation-
Monthly parkers have 24/7 access to the garage.
Garage hours for non-monthly parkers is 4am-8pm (Monday – Friday) Closed on weekends and holidays.
Daily Parking Rates-
Early Bird rate is $23.00. The parker must enter the garage before 9:00am and leave before 8:00pm.
The daily rate is $3.00 for every 15 minutes ($12.00 per hour) with a max of $32.00 per day after 9:00am.
Leaving after 8pm, the parker will pay the security guard in the lobby a flat rate of $35.00.

Validation Stickers-
We also sell validation stickers for parking. We sell them in hourly books (20 stickers for $240) or All day stickers (20 for $640) if you want to validate parking for an employee or client.
Parking Payments –
We accept Cash, check, Visa, Discover or Master card for payment of Monthly or Daily parking. American Express is only accepted for Monthly Parking.
EV Charging Stations-
12 EV Charging stations located on G-3 level of the garage
FEE- $5.00 for day use
$25.00 for unlimited monthly use of EV charging station.
48th Floor Evening Event Parking Rate-
$10.00 Event parking after 4pm only
